Virgin Pina Colada Recipe (Mocktail Drink)

INGREDIENTS:
To prepare coconut milk:
- 4 Tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
- 150 ml lukewarm water
To prepare coconut cream:
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 Tbsp lukewarm water
For the piña colada:
- Ice cubes
- 200 g pineapple
- 2 1/2 Tbsp coconut cream
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
How to make it:
1. Prepare coconut milk by mixing 4 tbsp Rural Treasures Coconut Milk Powder in 150 ml of lukewarm water. Let it cool down at room temperature and refrigerate it.
2. For the coconut cream (), mix 2 tbsp of Rural Treasures Coconut Milk Powder with 1 tbsp of water. Make sure there are no lumps.
3. Add all the ingredients to a mixer and blend until smooth.
4. Pour into a serving glass and top it off with some diced pineapples.
