Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup cubed radish 
  • 1/4 cup cubed carrots
  • 1/4 cup cubed cucumber
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
Method

1. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl.

2. Add the lemon juice, extra virgin coconut oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper to the vegetables and toss.
