Vegan Smoothies
Prep Time: 5 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
For Banana Walnut Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp sugar or jaggery
- 1 tsp Coconut Milk Powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Walnuts
- Raisins
For Apple Rose Smoothie
- 1 apple
- 1/4 cup rose syrup
- 1 tsp Coconut Milk Powder
- Water
Method
For Banana Walnut Smoothie
1. Cut a banana into pieces and transfer them into a blender jar.
2. Add sugar, Rural Treasures Coconut Milk Powder, water and blend everything together.
3. You can use gudh (jaggery) in place of sugar.
4. Add walnuts and blend just once.
5. If you want, then you can blend walnuts with the banana.
6. You can use almonds, peanuts or black raisins in place of walnuts.
7. Transfer the smoothie into a glass and the banana walnut smoothie is all ready.
8. Garnish with walnuts and raisins.
For Apple Rose Smoothie
1. Cut an apple into pieces and transfer into a blender jar.
2. Add rose syrup, Rural Treasures Coconut Milk Powder, water and blend everything together.
3. Transfer it into a glass and apple rose smoothie is all ready.
4. Garnish with rose syrup.
