INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Tsbp Cane Jaggery Powder
- 200 ml warm water
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- 1 Tsp ginger
- 1/4 Tsp powdered sounf
- 1/8 Tsp black salt (kala namak)
- Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt (or according to taste)
- 1/8 Tsp powdered black pepper
- 1/8 Tsp powdered cumin (jeera)
- 1/2 Tsp mint leaves (pudhina)
GARNISH:
- Mint leaves
- 1 lemon slice
- 3 ice cubes
How to make it:
- Mix the jaggery in warm water.
- Add all the remaining ingredients.
- Let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Filter and refrigerate.
- Add 3 ice cubes, a lemon slice and mint leaves.
Best served chilled.
