Grape Sorbet

Making the Grape Sorbet:

  1. Freeze the green grapes overnight or for 8 hours.
  2. Blend the hard, frozen grapes.
  3. Add the lemon zest, lemon juice and honey.
  4. Blend again until smooth.
  5. Garnish with a few fresh green grapes and your grape sorbet is ready!
